To those who are considering for online divorce, here are a few idea of what documents are needed to prepare. Even though the online services mentions on guaranteed approval without any court appearances, it is always better to compile up a set of necessary documents in support of your divorce.

All these supporting documents, you are to locate it, make extra copies and store them in a secure location such as your personal safe, office or your siblings so that you can have an easy access to them when you need it.

Below are highest prioritize categories of documents that you should have.

1.    Income slips
Trace your partner’s income that is relevant to issues in your divorce appeal. At least get his or her last salary statement and the current tax return.

2.    Credit Card statements
Compile the current statements is necessary because it contains crucial evidence which can be obtained from the history of credit card statements. These statements can show doubtful transactions that can be important evidence such as proof of gifts, dinners, hotel rentals, etc.

3.    Bank records
